• Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Six months RN acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
• Organize, prioritize and update care plans in collaboration with patient, family and significant others in a medical/surgical unit.
• Identify patients at risk for injury and prepare room environment.
