Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Highlands Ranch Hosp in Colorado is seeking a radiology interventional technologist to perform imaging, diagnostic, and interventional procedures for cardiac and vascular conditions, in accordance with scope of practice and UCHealth policies.

The position requires ARRT VI or CI certification, BLS/ACLS, at least 6 months interventional procedures experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent; we offer comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• ARRT VI/CI certification required for interventional procedures.
• BLS with Healthcare Provider certification.
• Cardiac electrophysiology/invasive spec credentials required.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• ACLS recommended within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs interventional imaging and procedures for cardiac/vascular conditions.
• Assists physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures and ensures image quality.
• Educates patients about procedures and monitors status throughout.
• Prepares equipment, troubleshoots issues, and maintains safety and QC on devices.
• Works with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
