Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health Highlands Ranch is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician to perform imaging, diagnostic, and interventional procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The candidate must hold ARRT CI certification, ACLS/BLS, and have at least 6 months of interventional experience. This onsite position includes day shifts with call, offering a competitive hourly pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 6 months of interventional procedures experience is required.
• Call is required for this onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs responsibilities of underlying job and acts as subject matter expert in care.
• Assists physician with diagnostic and interventional cardiac/vascular procedures.
• Educates patients about procedures, equipment and exam to ensure understanding.
• Prepares equipment and supplies; troubleshoots and reports equipment malfunctions.
