Job summary

Atrium Health's 5-bed Cleveland Cardiovascular Lab is seeking a registered nurse to join a fast-paced procedural team, delivering pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for cardiac intervention, electrophysiology, and vascular patients.

You will assess and plan care, monitor patient conditions, document in EHR, participate in quality initiatives, and uphold safety and ethics standards. BSN preferred; RN license active; BLS required; typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state(s) served; BLS required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficient in EHR and digital platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Adheres to the ANA Code of Ethics and promotes unbiased patient care.
