Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago is seeking an experienced RN - Cardiac Imaging to join our team at Swedish Hospital. This full-time role covers 32 hours per week over four days, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and rotating on-call coverage for weekends and holidays.

You will perform stress testing, patient assessment, nursing care, IV management and collaborate with the care team. The ideal candidate holds an Illinois RN license, is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and has CPR

Qualifications

• Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification required; ACLS within six months of hire.
• One year of staff nursing experience preferred; critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform stress testing and provide patient assessment and nursing care.
• Assist with contrast injections, venipuncture, medication administration, oxygen therapy and IV management.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and document patient progress and interventions.
• Provide patient and family education based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, evidence-based care throughout cardiac diagnostic testing.
