Job summary

NAMSA, a leader in medical device materials testing, seeks a Clinical Research/Operations Assistant. You will support imaging MOP development, data transfer specs, and regulatory documents for multicenter trials.

You will coordinate with project managers, site coordinators, CRAs, sponsors, and vendors to ensure smooth document flow and training delivery. The role involves participating in team meetings, assisting with core lab image processing, and supporting billing and data entry tasks, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in clinical research or related field.
• Experience with project coordination/management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry acronyms and medical terminology.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, time management, proactive with compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of Imaging MOP, data transfer specs, and study documents for multi-centered trials.
• Liaise with NAMSA stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to assist with document development and training.
• Ensure trainings are assigned to Core Lab staff, vendors, and consultants.
• Attend study team and internal meetings; provide status updates and path forward recommendations.
• Assist with core lab image processing and image tracking.
• Assist with billing/invoicing and resolve billing issues with Finance.
