Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join the Transplant Heart Hospital team. You will perform radiographic procedures with strong clinical skills, in a high-pressure cardiovascular setting, delivering high-quality imaging for diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires ARRT registration or progress toward it, SC licensure, and BLS certification, with 0–2 years of modality-specific experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• ARRT certification required; must obtain within 6 months of hire if not currently registered.
• SC Radiation Quality Standards Association licensure required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level with sound understanding of positioning and physiology.
• Applies ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in adult and/or pediatric radiology.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
