Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide technical and clinical support in ART OR and with portable C-arm imaging in regular ORs. You will operate X-ray/fluoroscopy equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Requirements: graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT registration, SC Radiation Quality Standards licensure, and current BLS. 40-hour weeks, 4-10 hour shifts, day shift.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• L icensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support to ART OR and for vascular/cardiac cases in 2 hybrid rooms and portable C-arm in regular ORs.
• Operate X-ray/fluoroscopy equipment for diagnostic and/or therapeutic purposes.
