Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Radiology Technologist II to perform routine diagnostic radiographs and minor interventional procedures under supervision. The role requires ARRT registration, SC licensure, and current BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.

Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program and at least one year of experience are specified. Eligible candidates will join a team under MUHA with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Fully competent in advanced modality skill sets and rotate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine diagnostic radiographs as part of patient imaging.
• Carries out minor interventional procedures under supervision of a radiologist.
