Job summary

Education: nursing program graduate (AD, Diploma, or BSN) with valid RN license in Missouri or compact. Requires BLS; multiple certifications may be required depending on unit. On-site shift work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications may be required by unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, etc.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
