Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking passionate, experienced nurses to join our Cardiovascular Critical Care (CVCC) unit. This 34-bed unit cares for patients after open heart surgery and related procedures, with opportunities to develop clinical expertise in a supportive environment.

Upcoming and recent nurse graduates can join a specialized pipeline to match interests with opportunities. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for part-time and full-time roles through 9/30/2026, with referral

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the Cardiovascular Critical Care (CVCC) unit, including post open heart surgery, CABG, valve and aortic procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and the health care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for critically ill patients.

ASN (Associates of Nursing)

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred
