Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Virginia RN license (reciprocal compact state) or compact requirements.
• BSN preferred or required depending on track.
• BLS Provider CPR required at hire; ACLS within 60 days; NIHSS within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate patient, family, and health team involvement including discharge planning.
• Communicate and coordinate the plan of care with the health team.
• Contribute to and improve patient care services and quality initiatives.
• Orient new permanent and temporary staff members.
