Job summary

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process, document steps, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while supporting patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Completion of basic professional nursing curricula and a nursing diploma/degree.
• Strong knowledge of disease state management and clinical pathways.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
