Lakeview Hospital in Utah seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.

The RN will educate patients and families, document care, and participate in continuous quality improvement while supporting a holistic treatment approach and excellent outcomes. This on-site role requires an RN license, an associate degree, and ICU experience when possible.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 90 days of start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) must be obtained within 7 days of start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree required
• One or more years of ICU RN experience strongly preferred or at least 1 year of hospital RN experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team
• Documents administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely, thorough manner
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers about condition, status, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up
• Promotes evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and support patient recovery and treatment plans
