Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• AHA Healthcare Provider Training is required (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Supports direct caregivers under RN direction.
• Performs activities of daily living and monitors patients.
• Collects specimens and performs basic tests as ordered.
• Documents care in Cerner and communicates patient needs.
• Transports patients and assists with transfers/discharges.
• Maintains safety and follows infection control procedures.
