Job summary

Corewell Health’s Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a dedicated RN for the Progressive Care/Adaptable ICU cardiac unit (6S). You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, and educate patients and families in a non-ICU to ICU transition environment.

The role requires an RN license in Michigan, BLS with 90 days, ACLS within 6 months, and 1–2 years’ inpatient experience. Night shift, 36 hours per week, weekend rotation included.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI RN license is required (RN).
• BLS certification (AHA) required with 90 days; ACLS required within 6 months.
• 1–2 years of inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.
• Collaborate with patient/family and educate on plans of care.
• Follow Corewell Health policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes.
