Corewell Health is seeking a Nurse Technician for the 6 South unit at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. The role supports patients with advanced cardiopulmonary needs, including ICU-adjacent care and safety supervision.

Orientation includes classroom training and extended daytime shifts; schedule is Day shift, 36 hours weekly, with self scheduling and every-other weekend commitments. A dynamic team environment emphasizes high-quality patient care and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days
• Patient Care experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and document accurately in patient records
• Assist with daily living activities and basic care
• Support RN/Provider with patient care and safety
• Report observations and ensure timely documentation
