Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provided safe, age-appropriate patient care, assisting with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitored and documented vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other parameters; promptly reported significant changes to nursing staff.
• Assisted with treatments, dressing changes, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and physician examinations per hospital policies.
• Provided one-to-one patient observation as needed and collaborated with nurses and the care team.
