Job summary

HCA Florida UCF Lake Nona Hospital in Orlando seeks an EP Technician PRN to support physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and vascular conditions in the Cath/EP Lab. You will assist with PTCA, stent placement, IABP, EP devices and ablations, delivering patient-centered care.

Required are a High School Diploma (CCAHEP preferred), 2 years EP experience, and BLS/ACLS; licensure (RCVT/RCIS/ARRT) is preferred with onboarding within a year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; CCAHEP program preferred.
• 2 years EP experience with EP and ablation devices.
• Current RCVT/RCIS or ARRT license preferred; must obtain within 1 year.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and arrhythmias in Cath/EP Lab.
• Specializes in care of patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP, EP devices and ablations.
