Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Anatomy, Physiology or related field.
• RCIS or RCES certification preferred.
• Two years of Electrophysiology experience.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, arrhythmia identification, hemodynamic changes and all interventional devices/procedures (EP/ablation/coronary/peripheral).

Responsibilities

• Assemble supplies and equipment needed for procedures
• Assist in soothing and positioning patients
• Maintain sterile techniques
• During procedures, monitor the patient as you assist the physician
• After the procedure, gather equipment for cleaning and sterilization
• May also transport patients to recovery
