Qualifications

• APRN: Master’s degree with Advanced Practice Nursing Focus and National Board Certification required
• PA: Master’s degree required with the appropriate National Certification
• Active Ohio Board of Nursing license for APRN is required
• PA license with prescriptive authority (Ohio) or NCCPA certification

Responsibilities

• Reviews QA charts for quality assurance and documentation at the practice location
• Evaluates signs and symptoms across age groups with pertinent positives/negatives
• Assesses complex patients, collects histories, and develops differential diagnoses
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments and orders; reviews labs and tests
• Maintains quality of care through ongoing education, collaboration, and evaluations
