Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver direct primary care services in a collaborative, outcome-focused setting in Ohio. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, thorough clinical assessment, and comprehensive documentation, with partnership alongside supervising physicians.

The APP/PA will maintain an independent clinic schedule, participate in care coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and may include on-call or weekend

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing with APRN certification or PA with national certification.
• Current Ohio APRN license or PA license to practice in Ohio.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• History taking, clinical assessment, physical examination, and order entry.
• Clinical documentation, interpretation of diagnostic studies, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team and supervising physician(s).
• May have on-call duties and weekend responsibilities.
