Qualifications

• Must have High School Degree.
• Preferred: Completion of an accredited EKG/ECG Technician program and current CET/CCT certification.
• Experience with performing EKG tracings in a clinical/hospital setting and with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform EKG tracings and Holter monitoring.
• Process accompanying paperwork and charges; edit interpreted EKGs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; coordinate with departments as needed.
• Assist with Stress Testing as needed through cross-training.
• Provide effective office communications and ensure patient data is documented.
