Job summary

Central Piedmont Community College seeks an Ecophysiology Continuing Education Program Developer to design, implement, and evaluate CE programs for cardiovascular diagnostics professionals. You will align curricula with credentialing standards and evidence-based practices while supporting workforce development initiatives.

You will lead course design, collaborate with clinical partners, and ensure accreditation and outcomes reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in diagnostic medical sonography or related field.
• Current credential in echocardiography (RDCS/RCS) or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of clinical echocardiography experience.
• Experience developing educational programs and workforce development initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CE courses, workshops, seminars, and certificate programs in ecophysiology and cardiovascular diagnostics.
• Coordinate program implementation, scheduling, and assess outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and professionals to identify workforce training needs.
• Develop learner assessments and ensure accreditation and CE compliance.
• Recruit and support adjunct instructors and provide instructional resources and faculty training.
