Qualifications

• Registered ARDMS or CCI, or must obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Ultrasound technology training program completed or enrolled.
• Prior Echocardiographer experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiographic studies on patients.
• Completes the echocardiography worksheet with measurements.
• Handles scheduling, communications with physicians, and report circulation.
• Maintains ultrasound equipment and performs quality checks.
• Interprets normal and abnormal cardiac structures with accuracy
• Answers questions from staff and patients with clear communication
