Job summary

KAISER in Ontario, CA seeks a part-time Echocardiogram Technologist (20 hours per week) to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasounds. You will acquire images, prepare studies for cardiologist review, and support interventional echo procedures in a busy Cardiology department.

The ideal candidate has prior cardiac ultrasound experience, ARDMS/ARDCS credentialing, and the ability to document findings accurately while maintaining patient safety and Kaiser policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time experience in cardiac ultrasound within the last three years.
• Completion of an accredited two-year ARDMS/ARDCS cardiovascular sonographer program.
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment safely and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms using 2D, Doppler, and 3D modalities.
• Prepare studies for cardiologist interpretation and document results.
• Assist in interventional echo procedures and on-call rotations.
• Maintain compliance with Kaiser policies and department procedures.
