Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Echo Technician to perform diagnostic cardiac/vascular exams under physician direction. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those new to the field, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative clinical team.

The position is full-time (36 hours) with weekday days, primarily at Platte Valley Clinic in Brighton, Colorado, with occasional coverage at Lafayette and Northglenn clinics.

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform ultrasound exams following department protocols.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff and patients.
• Identify patient needs and communicate care with physicians and team.
• Document results and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on procedures.
