Tower Health’s Cardiology Department in Pottstown, PA is seeking a qualified cardiac sonographer to support a range of diagnostic imaging procedures. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care and adherence to established protocols under physician supervision.

The candidate will operate 2-D Echocardiography, Doppler and stress echo studies, with guidance and education provided for staff orientation. Experience with intra-operative TEE and QA monitoring is valued in this setting.

Qualifications

• Post high school diploma program completed as required for role.
• BLS certification is expected.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer through ARDMS or CCI is required.

Responsabilités

• Sets up and operates cardiac diagnostic equipment to determine extent of disease, injury, or illness.
• Performs 2-Dimensional and M-Mode Echocardiography, Color-Flow and Doppler, routine Cardiac Stress Echoes, and assists with TEE/Intra-operative TEE.
• Maintains patient records and prepares diagnostic information for physicians.
