UCHealth in Aurora, CO, is seeking a highly skilled Echocardiography Sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiography procedures and coordinate the training and registry readiness of students and staff.

The role requires RDCS or RCS certification, a Cardiac Sonography program or related degree, and BLS. 3 years of relevant experience is expected; on-site schedule is days, full-time with 80 hours per pay period.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography program OR Associate’s degree in allied health OR a Bachelor’s degree in any area.
• RDCS by ARDMS or RCS by CCI required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs complete echocardiographic examinations with high-quality imaging and accurate documentation for physician interpretation.
• Coordinate and oversee clinical training of Echocardiography students and new graduate sonographers; evaluate clinical competencies and progress.
• Maintain documentation for training, competency assessments, and registry readiness for uncredentialed or newly credentialed sonographers.
• Assist with educational activities, provide performance feedback, and ensure adherence to departmental protocols and UCHealth standards.

Formação
