UCHealth Lone Tree Medical Center is seeking a qualified echocardiography technologist to perform cardiac ultrasound studies onsite. The role focuses on imaging, hemodynamics assessment, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic data.

The candidate will independently conduct echocardiograms, select appropriate transducers, and maintain safety and accuracy in a busy clinical setting. A valid RDCS/ARDMS or RCS/CCI credential is required along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Registered Sonographer required with ARDMS or CCI credentials.
• Minimum education: Cardiac Sonography program or allied health degree.
• BLS certification required by the start date.

Responsabilités

• Reviews patient history and physician orders and educates patient about procedures.
• Independently performs echocardiography procedures with appropriate transducers.
• Selects exposure factors and imaging parameters; administers contrast if needed.
• Performs quality control, troubleshoots equipment, and reports imaging issues.
• Maintains ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
