Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 Month of hire date.
• CCI Cardiographic Tech credential within 12 Months of hire date.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Cardiac-Intrvn Radiography credential within 12 Months of hire date.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Nuclear Medicine or ARDMS/Cardiac Sonographer credentials within 12 Months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Directed daily staffing assignments and 24/7 departmental scheduling to optimize clinician-to-patient ratios.
• Led training, coaching, and performance evaluation of multidisciplinary staff.
• Collaborated across the healthcare team to streamline patient flow and achieve clinical outcomes.
• Managed diagnostic system performance, troubleshooting, and quality control protocols.
• Executed supply chain audits and workload-vs-stock analyses.
