Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in High Point, NC is seeking a skilled cardiac sonographer to perform echocardiograms across locations, including during weekends and on-call shifts. The role requires ARDMS/CCI credentials and BLS certification, with a strong emphasis on patient care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic/ultrasound program; 2-year program treated.
• One year experience with patients preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; appropriate registry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and emergency echocardiograms per protocols.
• Record quality information and prepare preliminary reports.
• Explain procedures to patients and coordinate with physicians.
• Provide service across locations, weekends, and on-call as scheduled.
• Maintain equipment and assist in quality improvement activities.
