Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Pacemaker/ICD Technician for its Manhattan facility. In this role, you will assist in managing patients with implanted cardiac devices, including scheduling, clinical interrogation, and monitoring remote transmissions. Preferred candidates have a relevant degree or certification in cardiac analysis and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,481.60 - $71,159.70 annually, with comprehensive benefits focused on employee wellness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited EKG school, Cardiac Arrhythmia Technology Program, or equivalent training/experience.
• Certified Rhythm Analysis technician (CRAT) from CCI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinic and remote appointments.
• Send follow-up letters to patients regarding past appointments.
• Interrogate and program pacemakers and ICD devices under supervision.
• Download and analyze transmissions.
