Job summary

Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center is seeking Registered Nurses with a strong cardiac knowledge base and at least 2 years of acute care experience to join the CV IMU team. The unit supports complex cardiovascular procedures and post-procedure recovery, with responsibilities spanning EKG interpretation, cath lab and EP recovery, and patient education.

Expect 3x12 shifts (7a-7p) and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
• Current State of Texas license to practice professional nursing; BLS certification.
• Acute care/critical care experience with strong cardiac knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients per nursing plan and age-specific needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
