The role requires ARRT CT certification within 12 months of hire and CT radiologic licensure in CT operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health obtained prior to hire date.
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT required within 12 months of job entry date.

Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at a dedicated cardiovascular walk-in center according to established protocols to assist the referring physician in diagnosis and treatment.
• Performs CT procedures by selecting correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields; produces cross sectional images to assist the radiologist in diagnosis and treatment.
