Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a field-based Cardiac Rhythm Management specialist in Texas to support implant procedures, patient follow-ups, and education for clinicians. You will collaborate with hospitals to drive adoption of CRM solutions and provide hands-on clinical guidance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 0–2 years of experience, and a willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights and weekends. High performance teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0–2 years' professional work experience.
• Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) lab, cardiac device clinic, or Cath lab preferred.
• Medical device sales, clinical education, or clinical research background.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in independent and team settings.
• Exceptional communication with diverse clinical audiences.
• Commitment to innovation and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serving as primary clinical expert during device implants and follow-ups.
• Delivering education and training to healthcare professionals on product use and benefits.
• Attending procedures in hospital labs and ORs to support patient outcomes.
• Building relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to drive engagement.
• Resolving customer needs collaboratively to ensure satisfaction.
• Managing product inventory according to company guidelines.
• Participating in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians.
