Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the United States to provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting. You will partner with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies and deliver clinical education and training to customers.

This role requires strong clinical knowledge, 3+ years in cath/EP labs, and extensive travel within and outside the territory, including on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field; 3+ years in cath/EP/pacing CRM.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory by supporting high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Accurately document clinical activities, including implants and follow-up visits.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 territory coverage.
