Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support CRM devices and therapies in the Santa Cruz territory. You will educate clinicians, coordinate with sales, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes while traveling extensively to customer sites.

The role requires a driving license and willingness to travel 80% of the time, with physical job duties including lifting and long days in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 6 years, or Associate’s Degree plus 4 years, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years in healthcare, field sales, or related work.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering.
• 2+ years in Cath lab/EP Lab with cardiology knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies and perform system checks/interrogations.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and field team on CRM products and solutions.
• Travel within territory to support clinics, hospitals, and meetings (approx. 80%).
• Assist with onboarding and development of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps.

Education
