Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or NLC.
• BLS certificate current.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations within the clinical setting to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient flow.
• Coordinate patient flow with Administrative Supervisors, Care Coordinators, and Discharge Planners.
• Monitor status of seriously ill patients and ensure adherence to physician orders and policies.
• Serve as a resource for frontline staff and providers and promote team collaboration.
• Participate in safety huddles and foster a best-place-to-work environment.
