Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab professional to coordinate and perform patient care before, during, and after Cardiac Cath/EP Lab procedures. You will circulate, scrub, monitor hemodynamics, and assist in patient recovery using aseptic technique and advanced imaging equipment.

Responsibilities include documenting procedures, managing supplies, and ensuring patient safety throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases.

Qualifications

• RCIS or RTR licensure is required; if not currently registered, completion of CCI Registry or ARRT exam within 12 months of hire.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS mandatory or completed within 90 days.
• SC LLR and SCRQSA licenses must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Observe and respond to patient condition changes per ACLS protocol.
• Complete documentation of procedure including patient care, sedation, and data recording.
• Assist in equipment setup, instrument prep, and transport of patients and supplies.
• Provide post-procedure observation and recovery support.
• Maintain infection control and proper hazardous waste handling.
