Job summary

Medical City Denton, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Vascular Cath Lab Tech to join a team delivering advanced cardiac care in a state‑of‑the‑art Cath Lab. You will work with physicians to perform angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements, while preparing patients and families and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.

The role requires current ARRT/ TDH licensing, ARRT registry eligibility with certification within 90 days, BCLS, and ACLS/EKG within 90 days of

Qualifications

• Cath lab experience preferred.
• Current ARRT registry eligible and TDH license.
• Must obtain ARRT certification within 90 days.
• BCLS required; ACLS and EKG certification within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• (ARRT-R) Radiography

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac/vascular procedures including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment to ensure safe treatment.
• Monitor patient responses with vigilance to ensure highest care quality.
• Maintain a sterile, safe environment while advocating for each patient.
