Equiliem in Clifton, NJ is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) or CVT with hands-on cardiac catheterization lab experience. The role requires scrubbing and monitoring during invasive cardiovascular procedures and collaboration with physicians.

The candidate should have RT/CVT/RCIS certification, BLS/ACLS, and IABP experience, with a strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and documentation.

Qualificações

• Current Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience.
• Ability to independently scrub and monitor procedures.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RT), CVT, CVIS, or RCIS certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• IABP experience required.
• Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare equipment, supplies, and patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI/STEMI cases, peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker procedures, and select interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data accurately.
• Provide procedural support to physicians before, during, and after procedures.
• Assess and manage vascular access sites and promptly communicate findings to the physician.
• Adhere to all Cath Lab call coverage and emergency response protocols.
• Prepare and educate patients prior to procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
