Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to scrub, circulate, and monitor during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The role emphasizes patient safety and teamwork in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

The position offers DAYS shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with a 4x10 schedule and on-call rotation. Prior ARRT-R license and ACLS/BCLS compliance are expected; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R and licensed as required by State; VI preferred.
• BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients while documenting physiologic and hemodynamic data.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile instrumentation.
• Operate cardiovascular imaging equipment in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Maintain procedure supplies and equipment readiness.
• Adhere to quality, patient safety, radiation safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular team to deliver exceptional patient care.
