Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (Cath Lab Tech) to scrub, circulate, and monitor patients during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.

This full-time Days position offers a 4x10 schedule (7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) with shared on-call rotation and a pay range of $34.11–$49.41 per hour, based on experience. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The role emphasizes patient safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R license required by state; VI certification preferred.
• Interventional Radiology department experience preferred.
• BCLS certification required on hire; ACLS within 30 days.
• Proficient computer skills for charting and imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients while documenting physiologic/hemodynamic data.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile instrumentation.
• Operate cardiovascular imaging equipment per department protocols.
• Maintain procedure supplies and equipment readiness.
• Adhere to safety, radiation, and infection prevention standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular team to deliver patient care.
