Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or GED; 1 year invasive cardiovascular tech experience or equivalent education.
• ARRT or RCIS certification required or eligible.
• Two years preferred in invasive cardiovascular technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures such as angiograms, angioplasties and stent placements.
• Prepare and support patients and families with care and education before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment to deliver safe, effective treatment.
• Monitor patient responses and ensure highest level of care.
• Maintain sterile environment and advocate for every patient.
