Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to assist physicians in life-saving cardiac procedures using state-of-the-art cath lab technology.

You will support patients and families, operate complex equipment, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards. Qualifications include RCIS/RCES/ARRT certifications and an Associate Degree; prior cath lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires RCIS, RCES, or RCES credentials and ARRT licensure.
• Includes/provides certification in RCIS, RCES, RCRT(ARRT) and CCI as applicable.
• Associates Degree or higher required; professional credentials listed above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures (angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements).
• Prepare and support patients and families before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment to deliver treatment.
• Monitor patient responses to ensure high-quality care.
• Safeguard a sterile environment and advocate for every patient.
