Job summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing medical conditions or surgical procedures. The nurse must assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records and provide patients and families with support and education.

CoxHealth offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, 40 hours of front-loaded PTO, relocation up to $4,000, certification pay, BSN pay, and a career ladder bonus up to $5,000.
