Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• All newly hired registered nurses must have current CT RN license (BCL) or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams and transitions in care.
• Provide patient-centered care with emphasis on safety, cultural sensitivity, and family involvement.
