Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Connecticut. The RN will provide patient-centered care within the standards established by the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and ANA guidelines.

The successful candidate will hold CT RN licensure, preferably BSN, and participate in the SPIRE clinical advancement program while maintaining high quality of care and effective collaboration with health care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Standards of Practice RN practice guided by ANA Scope and Standards of Practice; includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Standards of Professional Performance covering ethics, communication, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, and professional practice evaluation.
