Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care within our CT facility. The RN will apply nursing process, coordinate with patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire.
• Licensed and currently registered nurse in Connecticut.
• Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Uphold ANA Scope and Standards; apply nursing process to care planning and delivery.
• Coordinate care with patient, family and healthcare team; communicate effectively.
